Hmph. So. Here I am, at age 28 trying to figure out what most artists get started at around six years old. On one hand I figure this should be easy. No toddler has my life experience, my education, or a budget that allows me access to a $700 box of digital crayons, pencils, and brushes. On the other hand my neural pathways have been locked down for years and my creative intuition died in a haze of alcohol and tedium during my army years. Damn lucky brats. I really wish my brother hadn't mastered art so readily sometimes, 'cause I never wanted to compete with him when I was a kid and now I truly regret the oportunity missed. Oh well.
